Protect your property and loved ones with this multi-purpose Fire Extinguisher, designed for extinguishing Class A fires (wood, paper, and trash), Class B fires (liquids and gases), or Class C fires (energized electrical sources). ABC extinguishers utilize a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350 degree Fahrenheit and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator.

To use a fire extinguisher, remember the acronym PASS.

P = Pull. Pull the pin, which will allow you to discharge the extinguisher.
A = Aim. Aim at the base of the fire, not at the flames.
S = Squeeze. Sqeeze the top lever to release the extinguishing agent.
S = Sweep. Sweep from side to side to fully cover the flames. Start at the flames nearest you and then move forward as the flames go out.
